"OUR GOAL IS TO CREATE A COMMUNITY FULL OF HUMBLE AND LIKE-MINDED INDIVIDUALS, INTENT ON BECOMING A RESPECTED TEAM IN ANY GAME WE PLAY."
Team Synchronized's history is unique and still in the process of forming. We began as Team Courage in 2013. Team Courage was our first attempt at uniting players with similar mindsets together, but several of our recruits were not as serious as we needed and many bailed on us. The few that did remain were few and far in between. Competitively, Team Courage was not very successful, as was to be expected with new friends, many of which had never played competitively.
However, Team Courage fell into an infamy of sorts. A match was scheduled to be played a week from the day requested against a prominent team. Instantly we as a team were met with a backlash of sorts, for now following the usual scheduling process. We were labeled as "false reporters" despite not technically doing anything wrong. When the day finally came to play the match, no messages or friend requests were received from the team. We sent out three messages, each to a different captain (out of the five captains of the team), and received no response. Because the team provided no effort to play the match, Team Courage reported the match as a win, what we were meant to do. Instantly the Team Courage was brought into the community's attention, and not in a good way.
Obscenities and names were hurled as us. We tried our best to not say anything, for per the rules of FraggedNation.com, we had not done anything wrong. We had waited an hour for any type of communication from the team, and received none. When we were told to replay the match, we were appalled. It is our firm belief to this day that if this team had not been "famous" within the community, we would not have had to replay the match. We refused. As the season came to an end, we finally got the justice we deserved from another game manager. We were given the Ladder Crown, crowned champions of the 2013 Winter Season ladder. We also ended the team's 80+ win streak. But we were upset with the treatment we had received. Thus, as Team Courage faded to the dust, Team Synchronized's manifesto was born. We wanted justice for all members of the community. Not just those blessed with fame.
Thus, Team Synchronized was born. We wanted to be the voice of the community, the voice of the quote "average". We wanted to take down those who used their fame or skill to discourage other players, who used it to trash-talk and harass other players. We wanted to be the guardians of the community. And, so far, we are trying. We will not back down. Respect is earned, not given. Will you join our crusade?
